Most of our sorbetto (fruit sorbet) is made using fruit puree mixed with sweeteners, churned to perfection. Few contain any fat or dairy products. The dense textures and intense flavours of each sorbetto come from nature’s best.
We make our sorbet in small batches and very “hands-on”. Our flavours range from a wide range of delicious favourites to select seasonal creations.
